FYI, guys, self-harm doesn’t just mean cutting. It can be taking a lighter to your wrist or splashing boiling water on your feet. It can be starving yourself and it can even be beating yourself down so that you’ve lost all your self-esteem. There’s no one form of self-harm; there’s no solid definition. So don’t ever say that since someone’s not cutting it’s not a serious problem....
